What is canyoning?
Canyoning is an outdoor experience that consists of descending rivers by foot in areas with pronounced uneven, natural pools and waterfalls, normally of great beauty, using maneuvers like jumping into the water, rappelling, zip-line, slides, destrepe and guided rappelling as a way of overcoming the various natural obstacles that we face. It is an opportunity to meet and enjoy magical places that otherwise would not be possible to reach. Portugal has a very favorable climate that makes this practice even more enjoyable.
