- Over 20 years of professional canyoning experience;

- More than 200 guided canyoning descents every year;

- Extensive knowledge of canyoning routes across Portugal and the main European destinations, including Spain, France, Switzerland, Corsica, Mallorca and Slovenia;

- Graduated in Sport science with a specialization in Outdoor Activities from University of Porto.
